Maximator Test LLC. is a branch of MAXIMATOR GmbH in Germany and provides a range of services to customers in a wide variety of fields. We specialize in the testing of high pressure components up to 15,000 bar (217,500 psi). Our primary customers are the automotive industry and automotive component suppliers, plastics, chemical, and oil & gas industries.

Testing and Production Services Provided

With our capabilities we are able to assist customers with PPAP testing, component/assembly validation testing, material validation testing, etc. Our expertise and unique test equipment will give your engineering team the accurate data needed to make cost-saving decisions.

Autofrettage Services

Maximator has long term experience with the autofrettage process and the equipment required to successfully extend the fatigue life of high pressure components. Our equipment is capable of autofrettage pressures up to 15,000 bar (217,500 psi).

Sales & Service

Maximator has designed and built hundreds of machines currently in use in R&D labs, Test Labs, and Production facilities all over the world. These high quality machines are German Engineered to provide years of trouble-free service.
